Developed in collaboration with software developer Alex Long and founder, Leah Gimbel, this platform is designed to bridge the gap between teachers' experiences and the school leadership that supports them.

Teachers get verified through our system so all feedback is both authentic and respectful of teachers' privacy. Principals are automatically registered in the system, ensuring comprehensive coverage of schools across the country. Teachers, once verified, can rate their principals on various aspects of leadership, offering insights through ratings and narratives. This collective feedback becomes publicly available after multiple ratings per school, maintaining anonymity while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
